great location clean room wide choice
The hotel has a great location. It is only 5 minutes from the airport. My room was clean and beautiful. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast. It had a wide choice and professional service.
For any need in the room. The reception had to be called multiple times.

Acceptable But Underwhelming Stay
loud party noisy event
The breakfast spread was acceptable, with a decent variety of options available.
I was disappointed with the noise levels . A very loud party occurred right inside the dining area. It included live music and singing, ruining any chance of a peaceful dinner.

mixed experience
malfunctioning key unnecessary delays
the breakfast was acceptable with an ok selection of food.
the room key malfunctioned several times it was quite inconvenient. on one occasion, the key failed in the lift stopping access to my floor. i had to get assistance to resolve it each time adding unnecessary delays.
